About Nook lock

Did you know if you change your credit card information on your Nook account you can get locked out of your Nook.  That’s why I couldn’t read it when the power went out.  It couldn’t confirm I was me so it didn’t want just anyone reading my Nook so it asked me for my credit card number to unlock so I could read but because I had no power it couldn’t confirm it, so I couldn’t read. 

Thank goodness the power came back on. 

And FYI, the help phone number was WONDERFUL.  I waited all of two seconds after answering all the phone prompts to get me to the right person, and the tech that helped me was wonderful and very considerate of my problem.
