When we looked out the window this morning, we saw corn, and that’s about all we did see all day. Sure the corn was on flat ground when we started, and it gradually changed to rolling hillsides, but corn is corn. Now we grow corn in Delaware too… well not “we” but other people… but we probably saw more corn today than all the corn grown in Delaware in ten years, maybe more.
We’ve gone from Nebraska to Iowa and into Illinois. Tomorrow Michigan, and we’re really looking forward to it. Besides being able to get out of the car for a little bit, we get to see John’s sister and her son… it’s been way too long!
