How many days in a month?

Here is another one for you… son just signed a month to month lease on his apartment. The lease states it is good from 1 September 2008 through 30 September 2008 and on a month to month basis after that. However, they must give sixty days notice when they plan to move.

Let me see… from 1 September to 30 September is 30 days, so if they planned on moving 1 October (which they don’t thank goodness) they are already too late to notify the rental agent of this.

And this is a legal document.
